How to Apply
- Send us your CV and a short Application Letter in English (400-600 words).
- We read the letter carefully. It is not a formality, and it does not need to be polished - we want to see how you think, not how well you write recruitment copy. Answer these three questions:
1. Why Business Analysis?: Why this career path, and what do you think separates a good BA from an average one?
2. How do you think?: Describe a difficult problem at work that you did not know how to solve at first. How did you think about it, what did you do, and how did it turn out?
3.What changed your mind?: Describe a time you changed how you worked because of feedback, a mistake, or something you learned. What made you change, and what do you do differently now?
Use real examples from your own experience. Generic answers, or answers with no specific situation behind them, will not be prioritized.
One Last Thing: You do not need to know Industrial. You do not need to know every BA framework or tool. You do not need to know everything. What we care about: when you hit a problem you have never seen before, do you know how to ask questions and break it down? When a requirement does not make sense, are you comfortable asking why? When the evidence says you were wrong, can you change your position?
If that sounds like you, send us your CV and Application Letter.
