Duty & Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance or solutions for work completion
• Be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions
• Develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
• Prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
• Ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review

Requirements:

• About 1 - 2 years of experience
• Hands on experience on FE Modelling/Meshing for BIW, Closures, IP, Seating, Centre Console, wheels, and Chassis Frame using Hypermesh
• Able to handle Sheetmetal & Plastic trim meshing is a MUST
• Familiar with Shell Mesh & Tetra Mesh and Hexa Mesh (Added Advantage).
• Able to build model (Connections) for Crash/Safety domain
• Knowledge of Seam Weld, Adhesive, Spot Weld, Mechanisms (Hinges, Joints Etc.)
• Basic Knowledge of any of the Solvers (Like PamCrash, LS-Dyna etc...)
