Job description
• Assistant Design Architect position in Ho Chi Minh City, for an individual currently based in Vietnam.
• Motivated to work on projects worldwide.
• Passionate about design, able to draft/re-design proposals under the supervision of Design Director.
• Having previous experience with construction documentation tasks will be preferred.
• Experience working with: BIM (Autodesk Revit), plus general architectural and administrative software.
• Ability to work independently on tasks is necessary.
• Proactive in finding potential design problems in advance to be improved in drawing sets and at the BIM models.
• Some previous experience with site documentation is a plus.
• Communication within the company is in English.
• Ongoing communication with the Design Department Managers and local team members.

Qualifications and Skills
• Open to Vietnamese and Expat applicants.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or above.
• Solid knowledge of general architectural software, with a requirement of Autodesk Revit proficiency.
• From 2-3 years of experience in the architectural field.
• Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.
• Architectural experience in hospitality or entertainment projects is a plus.
• Site experience dealing with site modifications is a plus.
• Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
• Good time management skills.
Personal Qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Positive and "can-do" attitude.
• Flexibility/ adaptability.
• Able to work well with others (online and offline) and under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to organize own tasks for the most effective use of time.
• Good organizational skills.
• There is the potential to visit projects worldwide with the design team and therefore it is hoped that the individual would be open to travel.
• Potential career development for the right candidates.
Work Schedule and Benefits:
• Negotiable upon working experience (above 24,000,000vnd/month), exclude Overtime allowance
• Competitive salary, reward system based on job performance
• Fully enjoy the social insurance, health insurance and other benefits
• Working time condition 40 Hours a Week/ From Monday to Friday
• Minimal unpaid overtime will be expected only on very limited occasions.
• Open to Vietnamese and Expat applicants.
