Job Description
GEM is looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our telecommunications project, where you will be responsible for system operations, application monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support to ensure stable service delivery.
Take primary responsibility for operating applications and handling customer feedback/issues for telecommunications systems.
Participate in implementing IT infrastructure according to the company's requirements.
Perform operation and maintenance tasks, including application installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support for network, server, and application infrastructure for telecommunications systems.
Coordinate with the project team in developing solutions and products related to telecommunications services.
Provide technical service support to enterprise customers using the company's services.
Required Skills And Experience
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer, System Engineer, or in a similar role.
Experience in administering Linux systems (CentOS/Ubuntu).
Experience working with MySQL/MariaDB database management systems and basic SQL operations.
Candidates with experience in network packet troubleshooting using Wireshark or tcpdump are preferred.
Candidates with knowledge of Shell scripting are preferred.
High sense of responsibility and willingness to work overtime when required by the project.

Salary: Upto 25 (Gross).
Probation salary is 100% of the official salary.
