ABOUT THE COMPANY
Crossian is a technology-driven e-commerce business. At Crossian, our AI agents now handle the manual side of marketing, so our people can focus on strategy and creative.
We're looking for a sharp, driven junior who loves both paid ads and creative. You'll learn to run campaigns and craft ad creatives that scale across our global DTC portfolio, backed by AI tools and a team that lets you own real work fast. A background in game/app paid ads is a great fit - those skills translate directly here. If you're a quick learner who's great with numbers and excited by content, this is where you grow.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, Applovin
- Brainstorm and brief ad creative ideas; A/B test videos/images to find what performs
- Read campaign data (CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS) and turn results into better creative
- Research market and competitor trends for fresh content angles
- Work with AI tools to produce and scale creative
