Build, develop, and maintain Frontend features for end users.
Optimize user experience (UX): deliver smooth, responsive, and consistent interfaces across devices and browsers.
Optimize performance and page load speed, and ensure technical SEO best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the team's technical quality and processes.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams; manage tasks through Jira.
Proactively propose improvements to user experience, performance, and ways of working.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of how browsers work.
Proficient with Git in a team environment (resolving conflicts, reviewing pull requests).
Strong problem-solving skills and a solid foundation in algorithms.
Able to own a feature end to end with minimal support.
An improvement mindset: proactively identifies problems and finds optimal solutions.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with React JS and/or Next JS.
Knowledge of Blockchain / Web3.
Effective use of AI in daily work while maintaining quality control over the output.
A clear product mindset and user-oriented thinking.
Candidates with genuine passion and a fast learning ability are a strong plus.
