SUMMARY
• Work with international design teams:
Engaging with presentations and delivery drawings for large-scale projects
Concept, Feasibility, Development Application, etc (Australia or locally)
• International professional standards of practice.
• Design collaboration across international and local projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Strong focus on Australian standards and ensure the project complies fully with all regulatory requirements.
• Follow company codes and architectural design practices.
• Apply BIM workflows from design phase, delivering clean models for project stages.
• Interpret architects' markups accurately and implement with care.
• Be able to resolve compliance issues with clear, practical design solutions.
• Take ownership of tasks, check drawings and markups for accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with Australian and local teams in a multicultural environment.
• Manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and communicate issues promptly.
• Manage projects by initiating and developing concepts from the early stages through to presentation and submission to council.
• Develop zoning plans, detailed plan and detailed 3D models, producing full DA drawing sets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across structural, MEP, landscape, and interiors...
• Visualize design ideas in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, Hand sketches and/or other suitable media.
• Prepare presentations for clients, consultants, and relevant parties.
• Working closely with dedicated 3D Visualisation Team to develop a model into CGI imagery.
