Junior: 1-2 years of professional software development experience.
Middle:3-5 years of experience with proven fullstack delivery.
Proficient in Golang, with hands-on experience building both RESTful endpoints and high-performance gRPC services.
Strong command of [protected info] (React), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL (schema design, writing efficient raw queries, or working with ORMs like GORM/SQLX).
A strict "test-first" or "test-alongside" mindset. Experience writing deterministic Unit tests is mandatory; experience with Integration tests is highly preferred.
Practical knowledge of Docker for creating consistent development and production environments.
