About the role:
Sociaaal is hiring a Junior Mobile User Acquisition Specialist to support the User Acquisition team. You will help launch ads, check campaign performance, adjust bids and budgets, and refresh creatives across our app portfolio.
This role combines campaign execution, performance analysis, and creative operations. You will work closely with the User Acquisition team, creative contributors, and data-focused stakeholders to set up, track, optimize, and refresh campaigns with strong-performing creatives, while using performance data to identify issues and turn insights into practical actions that support efficient user growth, app scaling, and improved return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities:
Launch and monitor ads across user acquisition platforms.
Check campaign results and spot what is working or not.
Help adjust bids, budgets, and campaign settings based on performance.
Support creative refreshes by tracking which ads need new versions.
Keep campaign tracking, reports, and updates clear and organized.
Skills required:
Fast learner who can adapt quickly in a very fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and performance trends.
Strong attention to detail when checking campaigns, ads, and data.
Organized and able to manage multiple apps, campaigns, and tasks.
Comfortable giving clear directives and feedback to creative contributors.
Previous User Acquisition or Mobile Marketing Specialist experience is preferred but not required.
