YOUR JOB:
Support in collecting order demand from Sales/Merchandising.
Process Master plan on system and follow up
Conduct updating production data in systems (Oddo, Excel/Google Sheets) incase customer change requirement
Check basic inventory levels, cross-check with BOM, and report shortages to Senior Planning Executive
Coordinate with
Purchasing to update material status and estimated delivery times, ensure the material readiness for production.
Work closely with Production team, QC team to follow production progress
