Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Junior Process Engineer ($500, ID21224)
Monitor production processes to achieve productivity targets
Optimize production line layouts and process efficiency
Prepare and maintain SOPs, FMEA, QA Matrix, and related documents
Monitor production capacity and process performance
Support new product introduction (NPI) activities
Analyze production issues and coordinate corrective actions
Prepare production and performance reports
Work with Kaizen team on continuous improvement activities
Conduct training for new employees and operators
Handle PE documentation, data management, and operational support
Perform other tasks assigned by management
Yêu cầu
Male/Female, under 30 years old
College degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company
Good English communication skills
