Drawing from the achievements of our previous four years, Selless - the cross-border eCommerce platform serving thousands of online stores selling millions of products to millions of customers in the US, we are embarking on a progressive journey to assemble an ambitious squad team to build disruptive products aligned with the Direct-to-customer (DTC) business model to conquer the US market.
We're looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This is your chance to play an instrumental role in our product development team, bringing innovative designs to conquer the US market. As a Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of ensuring the seamless execution of our project, providing invaluable support to various teams and stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a key player in our team, your contributions will be felt across the organization. Here's how you'll make a difference:
1. Team Coordination:
Our dynamic team is made up of 18 skilled professionals, including Product Manager, Fashion
Designers, 3D Designers, Tech Pack Designers, and Project Coordinators. You'll be the driving force behind our internal collaboration. By organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and collating documents, you'll create an environment where the team can communicate effortlessly and work together seamlessly.
2. Timeline & Risk Monitoring:
We're on a mission to meet and exceed our project milestones, and you'll play a crucial role in making that happen. As the team's strategic planner, you'll not just monitor timelines; you will be responsible for building, adjusting, and ensuring commitment to them. You will help detect potential risks early, and activate your problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with the Product Manager and Project Coordinator team to develop contingency plans, keeping projects on track and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
3. Stakeholder Management
You'll collaborate with both cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Content, Creative) and external partners (e.g., vendors, freelancers) to drive project success. You'll oversee their onboarding, coordinate meetings, and track progress to keep the work on schedule while proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
4. Documentation:
Our knowledge is a valuable asset. You'll create, update, and maintain our project-related documents and knowledge repositories, ensuring that our information is organized and accessible to all relevant teams.
5. Communication:
Effective communication is at the heart of our success. You'll be the mastermind behind drafting and distributing timely project updates to stakeholders, ensuring that our teams stay well-informed and connected. You'll also serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and information sharing.
6. Feedback Management:
Feedback is the compass guiding us towards improvement. You'll collect, categorize, analyze, and distribute feedback from teams and other business partners, making it actionable for our team. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will turn insights into transformative actions.
