What We're Looking For
We're looking for an organized and proactive individual with an interest in software delivery and project coordination. You'll support an established Agile and Lean-based delivery process by helping the team coordinate planning, communication, project activities, and delivery information.
With structured training, mentoring, and ongoing support, you'll gain hands-on experience in software delivery while building a strong foundation for a future career in project management.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the team's planning, daily coordination, review, and continuous-improvement activities.
Assist with project-management activities, such as preparing plans, tracking progress, following up on actions, identifying blockers, and maintaining project information.
Facilitate structured team meetings using established agendas and templates.
Turn discussions into clear notes, actions, decisions, and next steps.
Keep information in Jira, planning boards, meeting records, and reports clear and up to date.
Follow up with team members when updates, information, or agreed actions are missing.
Recognize patterns or warning signals from predefined delivery information and bring them to the team's attention.
Support clear communication between business and development team members.
What You'll Bring To The Table
6 months - 1 year of experience in project coordination, software delivery, business analysis, or related fields is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Information Systems,
Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient English communication: collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members in both spoken and written English.
Strong organizational skills: Able to manage recurring activities, deadlines, and follow-ups reliably.
Clear documentation skills: Able to turn discussions into understandable notes, actions, decisions, and next steps.
Attention to detail: Able to notice missing, unclear, outdated, or inconsistent information.
Meeting facilitation skills: Comfortable guiding structured team meetings using provided agendas and templates.
Good follow-through: Willing to ask for updates, clarify commitments, and professionally remind people when information or actions are missing.
Analytical thinking: Able to recognize patterns, unusual results, or warning signals from predefined delivery information.
Understanding of software delivery: Familiar with how business needs move through the software or technology product-development lifecycle.
Basic Agile and Scrum knowledge: Familiar with planning, daily meetings, backlogs, reviews, and continuous improvement.
Comfort with digital work tools: Experience with Jira or similar project-management and collaboration tools is helpful.
Willingness to learn: Open to feedback, training, and mentoring.
We'll provide the guidance and support you need to succeed in the role, so no deep prior experience is expected.
Nice To Have
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile, Scrum, or Product Management (e.g., ECBA, PSM I, CSM, CAPM, or Professional Scrum
Product Owner (PSPO I)) are a plus.
