Overview:
Source of Asia is supporting a leading Engineering & Facility Management company in hiring a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager (5-month contract) for a large-scale industrial project in Long Thanh, Dong Nai.
The project involves the installation of a Chiller / Central Cooling System for a multinational pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This role offers valuable exposure to industrial project execution, stakeholder coordination, and collaboration with international stakeholders in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and approval records.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure deliverables align with the approved project timeline and KPIs.
Act as the coordination focal point among internal teams, client representatives, and external stakeholders.
Track project progress against milestones, timelines, and KPIs; highlight deviations and propose corrective actions.
Follow up with vendors and stakeholders on action items, deadlines, and outstanding issues.
Consolidate project updates and prepare periodic progress reports in English.
Support planning and scheduling activities, including updates to the master timeline.
Assist in risk tracking, issue logging, and escalation to senior management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good English communication skills.
Open to early-career to mid-level candidates with strong coordination and communication capabilities.
Background in M&E construction, HVAC, or industrial projects.
Knowledge or experience in project coordination or project management.
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
