The RoleAs a Junior Recruiter, you will support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and building long-term talent pipelines. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients, and you will have room to grow into a full recruitment consultant role.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and online communities (Boolean search, X-Ray searching, and talent mapping)
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone or video screening interviews
Coordinate interview schedules and keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process
Write and post compelling job descriptions across LinkedIn and other channels
Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools in our ATS and spreadsheets
Track pipeline metrics such as sourcing volume, response rates, and time-to-hire
Support client communication and submit candidate profiles with clear, concise summaries
Contribute ideas to improve sourcing workflows, using tools and automation where possible
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or a related field (internships count)
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or advanced LinkedIn search techniques is a strong plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Basic comfort with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and digital tools
Interest in technology, automation, or AI tools applied to HR is a big advantage
