JOB PURPOSE
This role focuses on identifying and evaluating hazards and potential risks that may cause damage or loss to clients' properties (e.g., fire hazards in production process).
You will provide risk assessments to support underwriting decisions and recommend measures to help clients mitigate risks.
A. Key responsibility included but unlimited to:
1. Conduct on-site risk surveys at client premises (factories, warehouses, buildings), collect technical information, and take photographs. Clients span various industries such as automotive assembly, electronics, garments, resorts, hotels, etc.
2. Prepare English risk survey reports using company templates based on collected on-site information.
3. Provide loss‐prevention advice, propose recommendations, and coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on clients' implementation status.
4. Evaluate risks remotely ("desktop review") based on documents provided by clients or the marketing team.
5. Offer technical support related to risk engineering to clients and internal teams whenever required.
6. Perform other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirement and qualification:
1. Certificate/Working Experience
- University graduation: major in Engineering, Technology, Construction, Occupational Safety, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Working experience: preferably at least 2 years. Experience in non‐life insurance, HSE, factory maintenance/production, or construction project is an advantage.
2. Skill/Knowledge
- Good English writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of fire protection systems, industrial safety, and chemical hazards. Knowledge of property/engineering insurance is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong customer focus, proactive, detail‐oriented, and results-driven.
