ABOUT THE ROLE
Crossian is looking for a Junior User Acquisition (UA) to help scale our global DTC E-commerce portfolio. We need a resilient partner who is comfortable with high-pressure, fast-paced environments and ready to grow alongside our international expansion. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan and execute UA campaigns for a portfolio of 3-5 projects (Fashion Retailer E-commerce).
- Manage large-scale budgets on channels such as Applovin, ironSource, Unity Ads, Ad Networks, Meta, Google Ads, etc.
- Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve CPA and scale winning campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to brainstorm ad ideas; execute A/B tests for videos/images to find high-performing hooks.
- Track and report campaign metrics daily; extract actionable insights from data to improve performance.
- Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to suggest new growth tactics.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Data Analysis, Mathematics, Economics, IT, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in User Acquisition or Paid Ads (Apps, Games, or E-commerce).
- Basic to intermediate experience in managing at least one major channel: Applovin, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, Meta, or Google UAC.
- Familiarity with tracking tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4) and understanding of attribution models.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data and make logic-based decisions.
- Fluent English (written & spoken) is a must.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive in staying up-to-date with the latest platform changes and advertising innovations.
