Design UI/UX for Mobile Apps (iOS/Android) and Web Applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and
Developers to deliver high-quality products.
Optimize user experience based on feedback and real user data.
Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent design system.
Proactively research and apply the latest design trends to improve product quality.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Figma for UI/UX design (required).
Ability to use AI-powered design tools (e.g., for layout generation, UX writing, research support, etc.) to improve productivity and quality.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles (usability, responsive design, visual hierarchy, user flows...).
A portfolio showcasing mobile and/or web design projects.
Good English communication skills (able to communicate at work and read documentation).
Nice to Have:
Experience working with Developers or basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or other AI design tools.
Experience in user research or user behavior analysis.
Understanding of design guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and design thinking mindset.
Proactive, eager to learn, especially in applying AI in design workflows.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
