Prepare weekly cash collection schedule; work with bank and MS to arrange cash collection smoothly; Perform bank reconciliation and follow up with related departments to ensure cash is collected right, completely and timely.
Confirm daily bank transfer, bank installment and provide other necessary information regarding collections, invoice, refund, etc... to other departments timely.
Perform card reconciliation and follow to ensure collection is complete and timely.
Properly check documents before making cash receipt/ payment voucher/ refund. All transactions are fully updated into AX by the required deadline.
Update daily transactions relating to sales, receivable, collection and refund.
Proceed invoice issuance and management properly and timely: prepare list of contracts to issue invoice.
Assist in the task of revenue allocation and revenue accrued on time.
Monthly breakdown and balance reconciliation of Cash & bank, cash in transit, receivables, overcharge refund properly and timely.
Prepare and record expenses of bank installment properly and timely.
10% Tax & Audit
Assist to prepare monthly VAT output declaration and quarterly invoice usage report.
Assist in making preparation for documentation of Tax audit, External audit...
10% Administration
Filing every related supporting document.
5% Other tasks as per request of manager and company
