Handle daily accounting tasks: checking invoices and documents, recording transactions, tracking expenses, and reconciling receivables/payables.
Monitor and update inventory movements (import - export - stock levels).
Support and manage
purchasing activities for both domestic and international suppliers: sourcing, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, requesting booking, dealing with supplier, following shipment schedules, and processing payments, managing inventory.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
Prepare accounting reports and required documentation for management.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
