Review, verify, and record Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately and timely in SAP.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Manage and reconcile AP payments, AP balances, and AP clearing transactions.
Execute and control payment instructions through banking systems/interfaces.
Review bank statements and reconcile with accounting records.
Prepare and maintain payment documents and accounting files in an organized manner.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment and accounting documents.
Support tax-related payments and reconciliation activities when required.
Assist in maintaining internal controls and improving AP/accounting processes.
Perform other accounting tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable.
Good understanding of AP processes, accrual accounting, and accounting principles.
Experience with SAP/ERP systems is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common formulas.
Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible at work.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic English communication and ability to understand accounting documents in English.
Ability to work independently and handle deadlines under pressure.

08:00 AM - 05:00 PM | Monday - Friday
Working 2 Saturdays per month
