A. Accounting operations
Manage accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, & general ledger entries;
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, annual financial reporting;
Prepare and ensure the month-end, year-end closing within the deadline with accuracy;
Prepare BS reconciliation, handle cash flow management, monitor budget adherence;
Key in AP invoices into software system;
Issue VAT invoice for clients, follow up payment collection from clients;
Prepare and submit the statistical reports;
Liaise with bank and local authorities to solve related matters.
B. Tax compliance
Prepare & submit monthly, quarterly & yearly tax reports;
Ensure compliance with Vietnam tax regulations & manage tax audits when necessary.
C. Financial analysis
Assist in analyzing financial data to support strategic planning & decision-making;
Provide insights on cost management & financial performance.
D. Internal control & Audit
Maintain and improve accounting systems & internal control processes;
Ensure compliance with company policies & accounting standards;
Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits;
Maintain organized records of financial transactions & documents;
Other tasks by company.
