Perform and oversee general accounting activities, ensuring accounting data is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations.
Review, record, and reconcile transactions related to revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, cash, bank accounts, assets, and other accounting items.
Monitor and control accounts receivable and accounts payable; regularly reconcile data with relevant departments.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and prepare accounting reports as required.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and other relevant reports.
Prepare and review tax declaration and tax finalization documents in accordance with regulations.
Review invoices and supporting documents to ensure the validity and appropriateness of accounting transactions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues related to contracts, revenue, payments, and customer receivables.
Work with and provide accounting data to tax authorities, auditors, and other relevant parties when required.
Participate in developing and improving accounting procedures and the Company's financial control processes.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
5 years of experience as a
General Accountant or in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and relevant legal regulations.
Practical experience in accounting closing, data reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and tax finalization.
Strong analytical, data-checking, and problem-solving skills, with good logical thinking.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
Good English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively at work and read and understand professional documents.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Candidates holding a Chief Accountant Certificate are preferred.
Prior experience working for a software, technology, or IT company is highly preferred.
Candidates holding internationally recognized finance or accounting certifications, such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent, are highly preferred.
