Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant /
Accounting Manager to oversee full-spectrum accounting, tax, financial reporting, and statutory compliance for our FDI business operations in Vietnam. The role works closely with regional stakeholders and external authorities to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
• Manage full sets of accounts and ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and relevant regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management and regional office.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and support external audits.
• Handle intercompany billing and reconciliation.
• Monitor accounting operations and ensure data accuracy.
Tax & Statutory Compliance
• Prepare and submit VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT, and other statutory reports on time.
• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors when required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Sales & Operational Reporting
• Prepare daily sales reports, customer aging reports, and statistical reports.
• Monitor invoice issuance, cancellation, and filing processes.
• Coordinate credit limit submission and approval process with insurance providers.
Inventory & Payment Control
• Reconcile inventory reports with warehouse records.
• Review and approve payment requests and accounting adjustment documents.
• Support stock-check activities and inventory accuracy.
Administrative & Compliance Support
• Register tax code, dependent person and all involving tax matters for employees
• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and operational compliance.
