Mô tả công việc
Being responsible for financial statement report monthly, quarterly, yearly including (income statements, balance sheet, cash-flow...).
Being responsible for tax report (PIT, CIT, VAT, WHT) & dealing directly with tax officers.
Contact with overseas agents for both AR&AP via email, discuss about agency agreement, pending issue, difficulties, contact with bank officers for overseas payments as well as collect money from overseas and report to the Upper.
Responsible for internal reports (Balance sheet, P&L, Cash-flow, ..)
Coordinating with external auditors for year-end audits to finalize audited financial statement.
Check & approve payroll, health & social insurance, personal income tax for all staff from the HR
Finalization personal income tax for staffs and foreigners.
Check & approve all the accounting documents such as payment request, contract, receipt voucher, payment.
Control company's fixed assets and current assets and depreciation accounts.
Maintaining & developing the accounting procedures, make sure that the company's procedures are consistent with the company's current policies.
Regularly update tax regulation, circulars....relating to the company's field.
Review payment request to ensure with compliance with the company's policies, assign accounting code, cost center,...
Training & supporting for new staffs and responsible for their learning & development.
Other tasks as requires of BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc
Graduate from University or higher, major of Auditing, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
At least 5 years experiences of Chief Accountant in logistics & airline company.
Having APC/CPA, ACCA certificate is an advantage.
Good at English with 4 skills.
Strong knowledge of P&L preparation, financial analysis, and management reporting.
Have knowledge in Fast Accounting software is advance.
Honesty, decisiveness, carefulness; having good leadership skills and problem solving; resistant to pressure of work.
Having experience in the field of logistics & airline company advantage
At least 5 years experiences of Chief Accountant in logistics & airline company.

Gross salary: VND 30,000,000 - 35,000,000
Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance: based on Vietnam's Labor Law in force in full salary
Annual leave: 12 days
13th month salary and KPI bonus
Working time: 8 hours/day (8:00 - 17:30) from Monday to Friday, Saturday (8:00 - 12:00)

Room 504, 5th Floor, 30 Phan Thuc Duyen Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, HCMC
Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance: based on Vietnam's Labor Law in force in full salary
