Mô tả công việc
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts
Develop a deep understanding of e-commerce logistics operations & actively identify operational issues
Benchmark and understand critical success factors/challenges of logistics offerings from e-commerce and logistics companies Completing the contract and payment procedures with Key Account partners
Assist in the planning and implementation of projects in cross-functional teams to ensure the projects are going in the right direction within the targeted timeline
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts

Yêu cầu công việc
2+ years of experience with proven business impact
Advanced Excel skills (SQL is a plus)
Great attention to detail, excellent data sense, and communication skills with different stakeholders with experience in project management
Ability to draw up project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline
Ability to structure issues, define problem statements, and corresponding hypothesis/analytical direction, before presenting to relevant stakeholders in a user-centric manner
Strong business acumen with experience in business development and customer relationship management
Advanced Excel skills (SQL is a plus)
