Receive information of new shipment or request from customers/oversea agent
Checking cost from carrier/co-loader/Ops/ agent and issue quotation to KA manager
Sending SOP and preparing QR of shipment to KA manager & CS staff or Ops document staff to follow.
Follow up shipments process with CS/Ops and support CS/Ops to update/explain the shipment situation to customer/agent on time.
Prepare economics contract and Annex, quotation and other related documents
Contact agent or carrier to solve the related issues (Dem/Det/[protected info] any complaint from customers)
To have good correspondences to all kinds of business inquiries from MLC group companies including but not limited to:
+ Inquiries for Ocean/Air freights
+ Inquiries for Import/Export customs prices
+ Inquiries for Warehousing, Trucking and other Logistics services
+ Inquiries for Machinery installation services
+ Inquiries for VN Customs regulations, Circulars, Decrees, etc.
To be a contract window person for MLC's nominating customers and to ensure they are satisfied with our services
Proactively establish and maintain effective team working relationships with all supporting departments.
To visit customer's factory site or pickup/delivery place whenever needed to ensure our services are time.
Yêu cầu
• Good & sufficient communication skill in English.
• Good & sufficient knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics field
• Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned.
• Go to business trip as required
