KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
Sales Management:
• Be accountable to deliver e-commerce and online sales targets and revenue growth
• Perform ROI analysis and promotion plan optimization to drive profitability
• Develop planning to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of our products such as: promotion, price optimization, coupons and deals, on-site communication & visibility
Customer relationship management:
• Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with platform: Shopee, TikTok,
• Serve as contact point for platform and internal teams.
• Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery.
• Customer relationship management to landing all new product plan to achieve target.
Operation management:
• Analyze our product listing data (sales, conversion rate, page views, rankings, pricing, etc.) to determine why products are trending up or down
• List products on system and monitor inventory to keep stock level healthy and improve product life cycle
• Monitor the online presence and evaluate competitors' activities regularly to secure brand competitive edge
• Do the implementation of marketing initiatives & programs including trade & consumer sales promotions
Stock Management:
• Forecast yearly and monthly sales projection with detailed product plan per SKU
• Check the current stock status and keep product performance well on e-commerce channels every week and plan to book reserve stock with Supply chain management team
• Monitor black stocks/ low-performing categories and take action to push sell as necessary, analyze/improve pain points, deal quality, merchandise using data.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Handle general inquiries and related position as necessary.

Job Requirements
• At least 2-3 -year experience of strong understanding of e-commerce landscape with proven track record in driving sales growth in ICT industry or consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Fully understanding of ecommerce platforms' structures and processes such as Lazada, Shopee,
TikTok. Priority for those with experience working at Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok...
• Fluent in English or Chinese. Fluent in Chinese is an advantage.
Skill Requirement
1. Ability to adapt quickly and work under a fast-paced environment
2. Highly focused on finding solutions, getting things done and hitting targets
3. Good at communication & negotiation.
4. Strong communication skills both verbal and written in both English and Vietnamese
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office)
