Accounts owned: Leading Vietnamese pharmacy chain accounts
Role Summary
B.Pure Vietnam distributes premium Australian health supplements (Vitatree, Vital Code, BluePURE) across Vietnam's leading pharmacy chains and e-commerce platforms. We are seeking a commercially sharp, numerate Key Account Manager to take single-point ownership of key relationships with leading Vietnamese pharmacy chains, covering everything from daily ordering through to trade-marketing execution and forward activity planning. The role also carries day-to-day management of our Ho Chi Minh City office. This is a hands-on, ownership role suited to someone who combines strong account-management discipline with genuine analytical capability and the maturity to run an office environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Distributor account management & order processing
• Act as the primary daily contact for leading Vietnamese pharmacy chain accounts.
• Own the order-to-delivery cycle: receive and confirm purchase orders, validate pricing and terms, coordinate fulfilment, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Resolve supply, pricing and fulfilment issues promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted working relationships with distributor counterparts.
2. Commercial terms & negotiation support
• Maintain a clear record of each account's commercial terms (trade discounts, buy-back arrangements, contract annexes).
• Prepare data-backed negotiation positions and support the GM in pricing and term discussions.
• Flag contract renewals, amendments and annex changes ahead of time.
3. Trade-marketing monitoring
• Track agreed co-marketing and promotional activities at each distributor.
• Verify execution and spend against the approved plan and budget.
• Report on activity performance and return on investment.
4. Activity planning
• Build forward promotional and co-marketing calendars for each account, aligned to company margin and budget guidelines.
• Identify growth opportunities, new SKU listings and channel-specific initiatives.
5. Data analysis & reporting
• Track sell-in and sell-through, SKU velocity, margin and rebate performance.
• Identify slow-moving stock and propose corrective action (promotions, returns, reallocation).
• Produce a clean monthly account scorecard for management review.
6. HCMC office management
• Oversee day-to-day running of the Ho Chi Minh City office, including administration, facilities and supplier/vendor coordination.
• Support smooth internal coordination across local team members and functions.
• Act as the local point of contact for office operational matters.

Yêu cầu

Candidate Requirements
Essential
• Experience: 3+ years in key account management, channel sales or trade marketing, ideally within distribution or retail.
• English: Strong written and spoken English - capable of reporting and reviewing commercial documents in English.
• Data & analysis: Confident with Excel and data analysis (sales tracking, margin, velocity); able to turn numbers into commercial recommendations.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; professional and dependable in front of distributor partners.
• Organisation: Self-directed, structured, and able to manage demanding accounts plus office responsibilities independently.
Preferred
• Prior experience in supplements, pharmaceuticals, OTC or FMCG-health.
• Familiarity with Vietnamese pharmacy distribution and major chains (e.g. Long Chau, Pharmacity).
• Exposure to trade-marketing planning and promotional ROI analysis.
Remuneration & Benefits
• Base salary: VND 20- 25 million per month (gross), commensurate with experience.
• Performance bonus: KPI-based bonus on top of base, tied to sell-through, margin and collections.
