Mô tả công việc
JOB DECRIPTION:
1. Main in-charge Wearable/ Smartwatch/ Tablet/ Audio business:
Main in-charge Wearable/ Smartwatch/ Tablet/ Audio business & exploit new business opportunity.
2. Customer relationship management:
Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with significant clients.
Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams.
Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery.
Customer relationship management to landing all new product plan to achieve target.
Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way.
3. Responsible the strategy to action, make sales plan:
Responsible the strategy to action, make sales plan of sell-in, sell-out. Including incentive, join marketing activity and so on.
Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with significant clients.
4. Cooperate with related team on campaign for brand building and drive Shipping Order:
Cooperate with GTM /MKT/ Retail team on campaign for brand building and drive shipping order.
Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner.
Responsible the planning of product demand to keep healthy days of stock.

Education Requirement
• Full-time Bachelor degree or above.
• Graduated from: Administration, Business Management, Economics or relevant field.
Skill Requirement
1. Fluent in English.
2. Min 5 years of experience in Sales experience in Key account management, prefer in similar product, Home Appliance or Electrical Appliances category.
3. Familiar with handling retailers, distributors and dealers.
4. Data-driven, analytical and good negotiation skills.
5. Excellent knowledge of the market scenario, customers and competitors.
6. You are a proactive, persistent, and results-driven person.
