Role & Responsibilities:
As a Key Account Manager at Savyu, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our relationships with key merchants and partners. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Project Management: Follow up on special projects, such as our strategic partnership with VietinBank, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing large customers like Circle K and McDonald's. Your tasks will include following up on tasks, signing contracts, collecting payments, and providing exceptional service.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with key account merchants, expanding our market presence and driving growth.

Qualifications:
Passion and Dedication: Must be passionate about our mission and willing to go the extra mile. This includes meeting merchants in person, socializing, and even having drinks with CEOs to build strong relationships.
Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
Presentation and Attire: Must possess strong presentation skills and maintain a professional appearance.
Reporting Skills: Ability to write detailed reports and provide timely, organized feedback to the CEO.
Experience: Previous experience in dealing with merchants and working with C-level executives is essential.
Independence and Autonomy: Capable of working independently and autonomously, taking initiative and driving projects to completion.
Flexibility: As a startup, we require flexibility. You may be asked to take on tasks outside the primary scope of your role.
Reporting: You will report directly to the CEO, providing insights, updates, and feedback on all key account activities and projects.
