Mô tả công việc
Role Purpose
This position is critical to achieve or exceed sales, share & distribution objectives of assigned territories in total modern trade channel (include HP&SP, Minimart, CVS, M&B & other new channels).
The main purpose of this Key Account Supervisor (Operation) role is also included:
• Be responsible for the development and execution of territories strategies contributing to the development of core business objective which drive sustainable profitable growth.
• Lead and develop a team which includes PG, Sales Rep to achieve targets of sales revenue, distribution, market share, merchandising/display, new user...and other operational KPIs in the assigned territories.
• Steer Strategic Partnerships with Customers in assigned territories.
Some of the key areas you would own:
• Financials & Strategy & Insights
• Deliver sales volume (metric tons) and gross sales value of assigned territories.
• Increase market share, distribution, visibility and space share... in assigned territories.
• Gather information on customers, competitors to generate insights as input to forward plans for planning teams.
• Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company products, other field information in the market and look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base, deliver sales & distribution objectives and increase market share.
• Regularly visit to build strong relationship with customers.
• Understand shopper insights and shopper journey into using them to execute business plans.
Route to Market _ Distribution & Perfect store
• Ensure route coverage and availability of company products under territories assigned.
• Be responsible for following order delivery to stores for excellence execution.
• Excellence in in-store execution for Fonterra Perfect store (5Ps: product, price, placement, promotion, POSM) of territories.
• Execute right MCL (Must Carrying List).
• Deliver fair share and location in stores.
• Execute marketing and trade activities which are included activation, new product launch, consumer promotion, trade promotion, display program in stores to drive maximum benefits & objectives of such activities.
Customer Management & Integrated Business Planning
• Be responsible for negotiation of territories to build win- win and sustainable growth.
• Work closely with internal planning team and the cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution, leveraging support resources and standard operating procedures.
Distributor Management
• Provide inputs to Operation Lead to prepare for annually business review with distributors.
• Follow specific assignment from Operation Lead, manage distributor warehouse, regularly check to ensure that the distributors to follow proper operation processes and discipline in Food safety, sales & promotion reports, physical stock accuracy vs. report on system, damaged goods control, DMS & FSA operation.
Leadership and People
• Through recruitment, coaching, development, performance management, building the people capability required to deliver sustainable performance.
Other
• Other tasks will be assigned by Line manager
• Ensure compliance to FBV policies.

Yêu cầu công việc
• University/ College Graduation. Good communication in Vietnamese.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Key Account Modern Trade channel in FMCG companies
• Good knowledge in key account operation management
• Proven leadership skills
• Business Development Skills.
• Good communication, strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Learning Attitude
• Good knowledge of sales in FMCG industry
• Able to work in a team and individually to handle multi tasks.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Key Account Modern Trade channel in FMCG companies
• Good knowledge in key account operation management
• Proven leadership skills
• Business Development Skills.
• Good communication, strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Learning Attitude
• Good knowledge of sales in FMCG industry
• Able to work in a team and individually to handle multi tasks.
