Primary job objectives:
The Internal Audit Representative reports directly to the Teamlead within the scope of internal auditing. Based on the annual internal audit plan, the Internal Audit Representative performs the roles and responsibilities below:
Control Monitoring;
Process and Control Improvement;
Continuous Improvement;
Risk Management;
Assurance;
Fraud Management.
Key Responsibilities:
The Internal Audit Representative will coordinate the Lines of Defense:
Perform internal audits of the Departments, which are conducted periodically or surprised audit;
Complete draft audit report for the review;
Obtain supporting documents;
Follow up the corrective actions;
Complete weekly working reports;
Comply with internal audit standards;
Other duties as assigned by Teamlead.
