Purpose of Job / Job Summary:

Manage, develop, monitor, inspect, and supervise the architectural design work of contractors to ensure the assigned budget, schedule, scope, and quality of items in accordance with the Company's professional procedures, and to uphold commitments regarding the rationality, architectural aesthetics, interior design, and landscape of the project.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

1. Manage architectural design for projects including villas, high-rise buildings, offices, commercial centers, and resorts.
2. Responsible for controlling, storing, and issuing project design documents.
3. Act as the primary point of contact with partners and design contractors for assigned projects.
4. Propose tasks related to the design of the assigned project.
5. Develop project design implementation plans in coordination with consultants.
6. Provide consulting and expert opinions on optimal architectural design solutions to ensure functionality and architectural aesthetics.
7. Manage the progress and quality of design documents; oversee design implementation and coordination with other design disciplines.
8. Supervise the entire design documentation to ensure alignment with the design brief and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
9. Manage the Architecture discipline and coordinate work and timelines with related disciplines such as Structure, MEPF, and Technical Infrastructure to align with the overall project schedule.
10. Review and identify issues and limitations in architectural design documents, as well as inconsistencies and errors in the integration of architectural design with other disciplines such as Structure, MEPF, and Infrastructure.
11. Control design changes during both the design and construction phases.
12. Review contractors' shop drawings.
13. Coordinate with the Construction Management Board to propose appropriate design solutions.
14. Prepare and submit work reports as required.

Person Specifications:

Qualifications : Graduated with a formal university degree in Architecture

Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in Architectural Design Consultancy and Design Management

Experience working on resort, luxury residential, and office projects.

Specific skills / abilities : Strong technical expertise in architectural design, construction processes, and multi-disciplinary coordination (Structure, MEPF, Infrastructure)

Proficient in design software (BIM, AutoCAD, Revit), with solid knowledge of codes, standards, and fluent English communication

High sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to work under pressure with excellent teamwork and communication skills

Personal qualities : Honest, able to work under pressure, enthusiastic, and responsible.
