- Primarily support Executive Chef in managing and controlling the dining operation in every outlet's function.
- Settle the department's document related to functions,
purchasing profile, cuisine folio, attendance records in a proper order to referencing purpose.
- Summarize Kitchen activities, events and follow up with colleagues in order to perform qualified standard functions.
- Take meeting minute of operational and further departmental topics.
- Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to another shift for follow up.
- Assemble reports/records/checklists related to the department's operation
- Participate to orientation programs & training courses organized by the department or the hotel management.
- Perform other task as requested by managers
