Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and overseas Head Office/vendors to resolve Bank system's technical issues
• Operate and monitor Digital Banking systems
• Monitor transactions and handle system-related incidents
• Support develop and manage IT programs related to banking, manage IT securities
• Support check information securities
• Prepare IT related documents and take charge of general IT related work
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor or higher degree in Korean language or IT related major
• Excellent spoken, written and communicative skills in Korean (at least TOPIK 5 degree).
• Ability to work under high pressure and willingness to work overtime are Preferred
• Good understanding and knowledge of banking operating procedures.
• Good sense of responsibility
