1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Air Export Logistics Operations Planning & Management
2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Air Transportation Planning & Operations
- Manage and secure airfreight transportation capacity.
- Plan shipments and manage space allocation based on cargo volume and shipping schedules.
- Manage airline and logistics service providers (LSPs), including Block Space Agreement (BSA) operations.
- Develop transportation plans for new product launches based on customer production schedules and forecasted volumes.
- Manage freight cost settlement for contracted and spot-rate shipments.
2) Operational Issue Management
- Manage supply planning and respond to supply chain risks.
- Support Global Operation Center (GOC) coordination between customer manufacturing sites and overseas sales subsidiaries.
- Develop proactive supply and inventory plans in response to global market disruptions.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to manage supply plans, delivery schedules, and customer inquiries.
- Review and coordinate operational requests from logistics service providers (LSPs).
3) Performance Management & Reporting
- Monitor operational KPIs and performance.
- Manage month-end shipment control and operational performance.
- Prepare management reports for customers and internal executives on global logistics issues.
- Report transportation capacity, delivery performance, supply status, and new product logistics operations.
4) Process Innovation
- Improve and optimize transportation operation processes.
- Lead RPA and AI-based logistics automation initiatives.
- Analyse operational data and drive process standardization.

3. REQUIREMENTS
(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5+ years of Air Export Operation experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Sense of responsibility and a diligent work ethic
(b) EXPERIENCE
• Experience in air transportation and logistics
• Experience in global logistics operations and working with overseas subsidiaries and customers
• Overseas work experience is required
(c) SKILLS
• Understanding of air import/export processes and international transportation
• Experience in airline, freight forwarder, and 3PL operations
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and external business partners
• English Advanced level (Mandatory); Vietnamese language (Plus)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
4. CONTRACT
- Labour Contract directly with 3rd trusted party Company, not Samsung SDS
- 1 year contract term, the contract will be extend each year
5. Salary & Benefits
- Working time: Mon- Fri (8:00 - 17:48)
- Working place: Bắc Ninh, Việt Nam
