- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and factory, including office areas as well as general facilities.
- Maintain all production machinery to ensure it's at working standards.
- Create and implement maintenance procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the factory facilities (production machines, air conditioning, air compressors, lighting, water supply, doors, windows, low-voltage power distribution) to detect and resolve problems.
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment during machine service.
- Lead all maintenance processes.
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
- Make repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
Yêu cầu
- Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical or related majors.
- A valid low-voltage electrician operation certificate or Certificate in Industrial Electricity
- Having experience in mechanical maintenance.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Average English skill.
