Phát triển và duy trì mô hình BIM cho các dự án kết cấu bằng Revit, Allplan, Tekla.
Phối hợp với kỹ sư,
kiến trúc sư và các bên liên quan khác để tích hợp thiết kế kết cấu vào mô hình tổng thể của dự án.
Tạo các mô hình 2D và 3D chi tiết cho các cấu kiện kết cấu, bao gồm cốt thép, cấu kiện bê tông đúc sẵn, kết cấu thép và bê tông.
Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy chuẩn, tiêu chuẩn và yêu cầu kỹ thuật của dự án.
Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị hồ sơ thi công, bản vẽ và tiến độ/ bảng thống kê.
Hiểu kết quả kiểm tra xung đột và điều chỉnh mô hình tương ứng.
Tham gia các cuộc họp điều phối dự án và đưa ra ý kiến liên quan đến các vấn đề về mô hình.
Liên tục cập nhật và quản lý mô hình BIM trong suốt vòng đời dự án.
Hỗ trợ triển khai các tiêu chuẩn BIM và những phương pháp thực hành tốt nhất trong nội bộ công ty.
Develop and maintain BIM models for structural projects using Revit, Allplan, Tekla
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate structural designs into overall project models.
Create detailed 2D and 3D models of structural components, including rebar, precast elements, steel structures, and concrete.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents, drawings, and schedules.
Understand clash detection results and amend models accordingly.
Participate in project coordination meetings and provide input on model-related issues.
Continuously update and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the implementation of BIM standards and best practices within the organization.
Yêu cầu
Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Xây dựng, Kỹ thuật Kết cấu,
Kiến trúc hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
Chào đón sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp hoặc ứng viên có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Shop Drawing/BIM.
Có kiến thức cơ bản về thiết kế kết cấu, phương pháp thi công và các tiêu chuẩn xây dựng liên quan.
Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, tư duy không gian 3D tốt và chú trọng tính chính xác trong công việc.
Biết sử dụng Revit hoặc Allplan là lợi thế, không bắt buộc; sẵn sàng học hỏi và phát triển kỹ năng với phần mềm Allplan.
Có khả năng giao tiếp
tiếng Anh cơ bản là một lợi thế.
Có kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, quản lý công việc và sắp xếp thứ tự ưu tiên hiệu quả.
Cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động học hỏi và khả năng làm việc nhóm tốt.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Fresh graduates and candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Shop Drawing or BIM are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of structural design principles, construction methods, and relevant building codes and standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with good 3D spatial awareness and attention to detail.
Experience with Revit or Allplan is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn and develop skills in Allplan is essential.
Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
Good problem-solving, time management, and task prioritization skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team.
