We are looking for a Drafter cum Estimator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing drawings, supporting quantity take-offs, and assisting in cost estimation for construction and fabrication projects.
Công việc hằng ngày| Daily Responsibilities
Chuẩn bị bản vẽ 2D/3D bằng AutoCAD, SketchUp hoặc Chief Architect
Prepare 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Chief Architect
Phân tích yêu cầu khách hàng, đọc hiểu bản vẽ
kiến trúc & kết cấu
Review and interpret client requirements, architectural and structural drawings
Bóc tách khối lượng, lập dữ liệu take-off
phục vụ dự toán
Support estimation by measuring quantities and preparing take-off data
Phối hợp với kỹ sư dự án và team để cập nhật bản vẽ, vật tư
Coordinate with project engineers and team members to update drawings and materials
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Xây dựng hoặc lĩnh vực kỹ thuật liên quan
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
Giao tiếp
tiếng Anh tốt (đọc hiểu tài liệu, trao đổi công việc)
Good communication skills in English
Có kinh nghiệm là lợi thế (ưu tiên các phần mềm: PlanSwift, SolidWorks, Revit, SketchUp)
Experience is an advantage (PlanSwift, SolidWorks, Revit, or SketchUp preferred)
Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kiến trúc và kết cấu
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
Am hiểu thiết kế và gia công nhôm/gỗ là lợi thế (chấp nhận kinh nghiệm thiết kế khác)
Familiar with aluminum/wood design and fabrication (other design experience acceptable)
