Regularly inspect and promptly handle compliance with safety, environmental sanitation, and fire prevention regulations.
Kiểm tra duyệt Shopdrawing/biện pháp thi công các nhà thầu tại dự án.
Review and approve Shopdrawings / construction methods of contractors at the project.
Kiểm tra giám sát tất cả các đầu mục công việc trong BOQ trong hợp đồng hoặc phụ lục hợp đồng.
Inspect and supervise all work items in the BOQ under the contract or contract appendices.
Kiểm tra các bản vẽ thi công hệ thống MEPF do nhà thầu trình và kiểm tra khối lượng thực tế nhà thầu thực hiện hàng tháng hoặc theo mốc công việc.
Review construction drawings of the MEPF systems submitted by the contractor and verify the actual work quantities performed by the contractor on a monthly basis or at designated work milestones.
Kiểm tra tính phù hợp của bản vẽ thiết kế phát hành, kịp thời báo cáo và phối hợp xử lý với đơn vị thiết kế.
Review the suitability of issued design drawings, promptly report and coordinate with the design unit for resolution.
Kiểm tra hồ sơ chất lượng, hồ sơ khối lượng, hồ sơ thanh toán MEP.
Inspect quality records, quantity records, and MEP payment documents.
Kiểm tra/hướng dẫn các nhà thầu hoàn thiện công tác hồ sơ theo quy định tại dự án.
Inspect / guide contractors in completing documentation in accordance with project regulations.
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các Phòng/Ban nghiệp vụ, chức năng có liên quan nhằm triển khai thực hiện dự án một cách hiệu quả nhất.
Closely coordinate with relevant functional departments and divisions to implement the project as effectively as possible.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công và/hoặc theo yêu cầu của Quản lý trực tiếp/Cấp có thẩm quyền tại từng thời điểm.
Perform other tasks as assigned and/or as required by the Direct Manager / Authorized Level at each point in time.
