5. Furnace temperature plate production and furnace temperature measurement
6. U/F program setting and debugging.
7. The oven temperature setting of each Baking station.
II. Test Engineer (TE)
1. Manage TE engineers.
2. Buy-off, repair test machines to meet PMC's plan.
3. Participate in new product development.
4. Monitor and control yield rate, NTF rate, retest rate.
5. Resolve quality issue, production problem.
6. Make daily report, weekly report.
7. Continuous improvement to optimize testing machine performance
III. Equipment Engineer (EQ)
1. Machine control: SPI/AOI/AVI/X-ray
2. Pass rate control,
3. OEE & Productivity improvement,
4. Yield improvement by EQ level,
5. Tooling & maintenance cost control,
6. CIP and DOE case support,
7. Process improvement by EQ level,
8. Equipment capability development & qualification,
9. Engineering training & certification,
10. SMT machine downtime control,
11. Spare part control
IV. Fault Analysis Engineer (FAEE)
1. Perform defect analysis and Identify root cause
2. Be responsible to improve production yield
3. Making FA report and other relative report
