Develop testing programs to ensure products comply with USA standards.
Review and verify all drawings & product specification against orders.
Work with factories to develop PPS, prepare PPS reports, and follow up with factories on improvements ahead of mass production.
Maintain product consistency across all factories.
Work with factories to review and provide timely technical support to QC specialists and factories during production.
Advise factories on solutions to improve productivity and maximize production efficiency.
Yêu cầu
Strong command of spoken and written English, particularly furniture-related English (will work directly with an American boss and the U.S. office).
At least 3 years of experience in technical and product development or product engineering.
Experience developing products for the U.S. hotel market, ideally with a project-based company.
Familiar with international quality standards and U.S./Canadian market requirements.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, hardworking, and able to perform well under high pressure.
Willing to travel between factories (Dong Nai and Binh Duong).
Working schedule: Monday-Saturday, with overtime as needed.
