Plan and execute vehicle-level tests to evaluate energy management and driving quality attributes (e.g., range, regenerative braking, drive-off behavior, coasting, acceleration feel).
Support development and validation of energy consumption strategies and vehicle response behavior in real-world and controlled test environments.
Instrument vehicles with data acquisition systems (e.g., CAN loggers, GPS, HV current sensors, IMUs) and verify signal quality.
Conduct tests under various driving scenarios including city, highway, hill route, and standard driving cycles (e.g., MIDC, WLTP, NEDC).
Analyze collected data and generate test reports summarizing KPIs, findings, and root cause analysis.
Benchmark competitor vehicles and contribute to target setting for energy and driving quality attributes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including calibration, controls, HMI, and software teams to provide feedback and support for attribute tuning.
Maintain test vehicle readiness, coordinate workshop tasks, and ensure test instrumentation integrity.
Contribute to continuous improvement in test methodology and attribute development processes
