We are looking to hire a skilled Process Engineer to oversee the design and implementation of our company processes. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing current processes, maintaining process documents, and developing and implementing process strategies.
* Responsibilities
• Developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality electric vehicle assembly.
• Conducting motion and method studies, as well as designing Jigs, fixtures, tables, and trolley bins to enhance efficiency and minimize waste in the production line.
• Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure all products meet specified standards.
• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process deviations to maintain consistency in production.
• Monitoring and improving the overall quality of the production process through continuous analysis and refinement.
• Collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Preparing detailed reports on process performance and presenting findings to management for informed decision-making.
• Utilizing statistical tools for process capability studies and to ensure process stability.
• Overseeing the installation, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Preparing Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) for both existing and future products.
• Collaborating closely with the Research and Development team to ensure manufacturability of new designs and provide feedback on design for manufacturability.
• Coordinating with the Quality Assurance team to develop and refine quality assurance protocols, ensuring alignment with production processes.
• Leading and mentoring a team of process technicians and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
