Tooling Design & Documentation: Design rollers, jigs, and CNC fixtures; prepare technical drawings and BOMs.
Continuous Improvement: Develop mechanical solutions and collaborate with Process/Quality teams to resolve production issues.
Project Management: Plan, track progress, and oversee the implementation of design improvements.
Shopfloor Validation (20%): Conduct on-site visits to test designs, evaluate conditions, and identify new opportunities.
Education & Experience: Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with 1-2 years in precision machining or metal forming (strong
freshers considered).
Technical Skills: Proficient in SolidWorks, MS Office, and tooling design. Strong grasp of manufacturing processes; basic electrical control knowledge is a plus.
Soft Skills & Mindset: Result-oriented with a strong ownership mindset (end-to-end execution). Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and English communication skills.
