Job Description
Participate in hardware design for a wide range of products across various industries, based on customer requirements.
Design schematics and PCBs for embedded systems and IoT devices using popular microcontrollers and SoCs, such as STM32, Nordic (nRF series), ESP32, Raspberry Pi, i.MX, and Jetson.
Develop key circuit blocks, including power supply circuits (DC/DC converters, LDOs), communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet), and basic analog circuits.
Perform multilayer PCB layout (2-6 layers), ensuring basic signal integrity and power integrity requirements are met.
Participate in hardware testing, bring-up, and debugging, including verification of power supplies, clock signals, reset circuits, and peripheral interfaces.
Use test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters to analyze and troubleshoot hardware issues.
Prepare manufacturing documentation (BOM, Gerber files) and coordinate with PCB/PCBA manufacturers to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with firmware and software development teams to ensure product compatibility and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits and the operating principles of electronic components.
Proficiency in electronic circuit design software such as Altium
Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA, Eagle, or equivalent tools.
Hands-on experience in PCB layout for STM32, ESP32, and Nordic chips, as well as high-speed circuits.
Experience working with SoM/SoC platforms such as Raspberry Pi CM4/CM5, NXP, Rockchip, and Jetson is an advantage.
Understanding of communication protocols and standards, including USB, Ethernet, RS485, CAN, I2C, SPI, Wi-Fi, BLE, and LoRa.
Knowledge of firmware and kernel programming is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, with strong logical thinking, a high sense of responsibility, and good teamwork skills.
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
