giao hàng; kiểm tra chất lượng trước khi bàn giao
Phối hợp triển khai hợp đồng: lắp đặt, vận hành, bảo trì và xử lý sự cố
Khảo sát hiện trường, phân tích bản vẽ và đề xuất giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp
Hỗ trợ Sales trước & sau bán hàng; đào tạo kỹ thuật khi cần
Theo dõi, báo cáo tình trạng thiết bị, cập nhật thông tin khách hàng và thị trường
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công

Provide consultation, propose solutions, and select appropriate equipment based on customer requirements
Prepare datasheets and drawings; review technical specifications and classify equipment
Work with suppliers to evaluate technical solutions and equipment pricing
Provide technical support during quotation, bidding, and contract negotiation processes
Monitor orders and delivery schedules; inspect quality prior to handover
Coordinate contract execution, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Conduct site surveys, analyze drawings, and propose suitable technical solutions
Support Sales activities before and after sales; deliver technical training when required
Track and report equipment status; update customer and market information
Perform other tasks as assigned
