• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction, fit-out, or property development are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of civil, architectural finishing, or MEP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Hard-working, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
