Mô tả công việc
Manage self-paced and in-house courses, answer questions, troubleshoot Savills LMS issues, compile training reports to relevant stakeholders (compliance, business units), support trainers in delivering training courses (admin and operation).
Set priorities for daily/weekly/monthly tasks for self and L&D Manager.
Set up meetings, training calendar, deadline for training submission/registration.
Provide information regarding training process, progress, materials, and development plans to supervisors and coworkers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Support Department/Division/Organization's events (if any).
Use MS Office, Canva, Google Suite on daily basis.
Yêu cầu
Junior or Senior from renowned colleges/universities.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Self-motivated, confident, detail-oriented, willing to learn.
